I just wanted to thank you so much for your wonderful website. In the end of October, my husband found your website and was determined that this site was the ONE. I am 26 and have been suffering with eczema since I was born. My mother had taken me through every treatment there was in the United States and I even had friends and family that got medicine from other countries. I have always been embarrassed of how I felt my skin made me look. I have always been the happy go lucky kind of girl but couldn't understand why I had been given such a terrible disease. My dermatologist unfortunately told me that I was one of the worst cases that he had ever seen and all of my hopes of ever getting better were shattered. I had finally just given up all hope of ever living a normal life. I honestly thought that death would have been better. I was so sick of crying all the time and being miserable. I had even told my husband that our chances of ever having a child were gone. That was when my husband finally couldn't bear seeing me suffer anymore, knowing that I was falling apart mentally and emotionally. I stopped all dairy, citrus, red meat, pasta and most grains. Oh my gosh, did it work.. Within the first 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference. I then about a month later started a detoxification about once every two weeks. It has now been over three months and I feel and look GREAT. I just want to thank you so, so much for your wonderful site with tons of information and for your hard work getting this information! … and I couldn’t believe that you give all this information for free!  I mean starting from February I got a very bad case of eczema that lasted for nearly two months and was getting worse every day.  I have had eczema since my childhood, and now I’m 26.  It seems it only gets worse with age and not better as many of the doctors were saying.  Usually I don’t have it in summer but would have bad outbreaks in autumn and spring and usually on my wrists, palms, face and neck.  This year it was the worst case ever.  I did not know what to do.  I started looking on the Internet.  Mostly as you know they all offer some "miracle" cream, but I did not believe all that as I felt somehow that this condition must come from within.  I was astonished when I found your site … so much information … all of which made so much sense. I finally started to understand what I am dealing with.  I kept reading and reading. I could not believe my eyes.  I started following all your advice, got good probiotics (Udo’s choice), fish oils, enzymes, calcium with magnesium, good multivitamins, especially for skin and hair, gotu kola and apple cider vinegar.  I started to salt my food with organic sea salt, and of course I started following the alkaline diet.  You know what … my horrible eczema, all the red patches and crusts disappeared in about 10 days.  I could literally see improvement every day more and more.  Wow!  I’m just sorry I did not take before and after pictures of my wrists and arms!  You would not believe this is the same person!  Moreover, the skin on my face never felt like this before:  it is like if the skin became thicker, before it was quite fragile.  It’s so smooth! I experimented for 5 days and did not wash my face or put any moisturizer on it. You would expect the skin would feel dry, gray, unhealthy looking, right?  Well, my face never looked and felt so luminous, moisturized and pleasant to touch.  Wow … unbelievable!
