Chemicals, Household Cleansers and Eczema

I cannot stress enough the importance of protecting your breath and your skin from cleaning products.  If smells bother you, get a mask to clean until your system can detoxify from the chemical that is bothering it.  It's not a good idea to wait until we become chemically sensitive to be careful with chemicals.  It is prevention that will help us avoid becoming chemically sensitive.  Common sense and following A-B-C's of careful use of chemicals will go very far in preventing chemical sensitization.  Remember that the treatment for chemical sensitivity is avoidance.  This decreases total body burden and allows for recovery of the overtaxed detoxification system.

Vinegar, lemon and baking soda are friendly cleansers.
